Shipping policy

Please refer to our shipping option selection while making a purchase.  Shipping promotions vary.  We have several options available.

Order Processing Times:

We make every effort to ship your package as soon as possible.  Most processing times are next day but at busy times of the year can take 1-3 days to process.  Custom orders with personalized custom cut products can take 3-5 days to process.  Some products that are affected by the extreme cold weather will be delayed in Cold Weather to protect products your products from exposure to extreme cold.  Please see our Cold Weather Shipping policy.

Cold Weather Shipping Times:  Cold weather shipping times vary if packages are traveling long distances or we are experiencing temperatures below freezing.  During the winter months we ship Monday-Wed if your package is local to avoid the package freezing in transit over the weekends.  If your package is long distance we ship Monday or Tuesday each week to avoid your package freezing on the weekends.  We do everything we can when packing to additionally insulate your temperature sensitive products from the cold.

Domestic and International Shipping:

We ship across Canada and the United States.  Inquiries welcome.

Retail Shipping Costs:  Flat rate out of Province $20, within Ontario $15 and free shipping is available on most orders in Canada over $125.00

Local Options:  We have curbside pick up available in Hamilton Ontario by appointment.  Please email sales@diysupplies.ca to make arrangements to pick up as we don't want to miss you.

Returns, Changes and Cancellations:  Once you received your shipping notice we can no longer cancel your order.  Changes to order can be made by request to sales@diysupplies.ca if your order has not been processed or packaged.  We will do our best to help where we can.  

Process: Damaged Orders:  If your order arrives damaged please email photo to sales@diysupplies.ca asap and we will proceed to resolve any problems we can in the quickest manor possible.
